Pet of the Month!

Meet our Millie Pickles, a whippet with a parti brindle coat. Like everything else, adopting a puppy during a pandemic is different. Being introduced to breeders on line and communicating long distance. Millie was from a litter in New Mexico, and the breeder kept us updated with daily snaps and videos. The hand off was done in masks in a casino parking lot and her name was chosen via a large group chat with the whole family making suggestions.

Millie will be 5 months old this September and she’s taking the cove by storm. Learning to walk on leash and meeting all her new friends on our morning walk or run in the dog park.

Millie is an absolute joy, nothing better than cuddles and snuggles with a tired out puppy.
