Doctor Carlson and Staff:

Thirteen years of caring for our pets is difficult to thank in one little card. You should know that our experience with you and all your staff was nothing but wonderful from beginning to end. You should congratulate yourselves for providing not just a service but a partnership in loving our pets. You delivered care as if they were yours, and our little girls loved you for that.

As much as any dog can enjoy visiting a place that pokes and prods from nose to tail, Fleaka and Zayda were always grateful, scared, but grateful for your gentle handling of all their needs.

We will miss coming in to see you, but you will certainly be the first to know when we get out next family member down the road.

Honestly, this was the most impressive experience I can imagine. Extremely kind, accommodating and excellent customer service! The vet doc cared for my puppy in a very personal way and the nurses and support staff all took the time to extend themselves to ensure the experience was smooth. Awesome awesome!

Brought my tortoise here on an emergency situation. Dr. Jeffery and his staff were very nice and helpful for my family during a very difficult time. they knew how to help our children during a very difficult time. They had books there to help our children with having to put our 25 yr old turtle down. we felt very at home. I am very thankful for Dr. Jeffery and his staff.

I’m new to the area and had to get my little dog to the vet. It was an emergency for us. Dr. David Jeffery is the most compassionate vet I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. At a time when my baby and I needed it the most, he was comforting and loving and honest with us. For those of you that have never been to a vet in the big city, their prices are very competitive. I will continue to take my pups to these wonderful people. I needed them and they were there for us with dignity and respect. Thank you Dr. Jeffery and to the staff. He treated my dog as if it was his own. I offer my deepest gratitude.

Great vets and staff. Very caring and friendly. Very busy as well, so make sure you have an appointment. If you prefer a vet where dogs and cats have separate entrances and waiting areas, this would not be for you, although the waiting area is expansive and we’ve never had a problem finding a calm place to sit with our anxious cat.

I never went in but they gave me the information I needed over the phone, it was something very hard to hear but they were honest and very nice. I live an hour and a half away but in the future when I need a vet they are worth going too.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Jeffrey. He sees our goats, pigs, bunny, tortoise and bearded dragon. He always explains everything in detail and the animals love him!

The staff at Village Park Animal Hospital greeted our canine family member and her human sidekick with such warmth and affection that all anxieties were eased. Dr. spent 20 minutes on the floor with our aging pooch coaxing her out of her apprehensive stance. The amount of time and thoroughness of the exam were well above my expectations.
